What a wonderful experience! During a road trip, a persistent tire pressure warning light forced me to unexpectedly exit the highway. I was referred to BIG O TIRES, where I had the pleasure of meeting AURELIANO GARCIA, the manager. What a wonderful experience! Mr. Garcia was exceptional—polite, friendly, calm, and genuinely focused on finding a solution. Unfortunately, my tire had a nail in it and could not be repaired. To make matters more challenging, it was a relatively new and uncommon tire that wasn’t in stock. Rather than simply telling me it wasn’t available, Mr. Garcia located the exact tire and arranged for a staff member to drive to another city to pick it up. While I waited, he even helped me with a charger for my phone. Thanks to Mr. Garcia and his outstanding team, I was back on the road quickly and safely. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer service turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Mr. Garcia, and the entire team, for going above and beyond. Your kindness and dedication were truly appreciated.

Amazing experience we got a flat tire and arrived to the shop at 5:45 PM and we’re gracefully welcome by johan Ready to help with a smile didn’t even mention that they were closing in 15 minutes and fixed my tire in 20!!! Mohamed actually the sweet guy that replaced our tire placed immaculately our spare tire and all the instruments back could not recommend more. Thank you all!♥️🙏‼️

I have been a customer here for over two years for my tire changes and alignments, and they are always great! Mr. Garcia and the entire team are incredibly kind. They always take the time to explain everything clearly to me. Even when I walk in without an appointment, they always make sure to accommodate me and keep me from waiting too long. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to Big O Tires for nearly 10 years, and I realized it’s finally time to leave a review because they truly deserve it. Over the years, I’ve brought many of my vehicles here including my Mercedes-Benz S550, S580, S63 AMG, GL550, BMW X7, and currently my BMW i7. No matter which vehicle I brought in, the experience has always been consistently excellent. Most recently, I had the rear tires replaced on my BMW i7, and once again the service was outstanding. The technicians were highly skilled, professional, and took excellent care of my vehicle. The service advisors and front desk staff were also incredibly friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. One of the biggest reasons I’ve continued coming here for so many years is because they provide honest, trustworthy service at prices that are far more reasonable than the dealership — especially when it comes to tires for luxury vehicles. These days it’s hard to find a shop where you truly feel comfortable trusting people with your cars, but this place has earned my trust over the past decade. 10/1 update: Got a call last week that I was due for tire rotation since I had purchased tires 6months ago in March. Super convenient reminders if you purchased the maintenance plan which it looks like I did. You're welcome. Great service, about an hour wait but worth it. Thank you Big O team! I'll be back in 6months. Just had 4 tires purchased & mounted plus alignment because why not? Anyways, Will & the team did a great job. A little over 1hr for all 4 tires went by quickly.
